We have the office design and construction capacity in house to provide you with what will fit best with your business, quickly and economically. As an added feature, we take the responsibility to deliver the office in the way you want to, bringing our expertise and experience to the project for you, and saving your time, so you can focus on your business.
The normal process to rent a new office can take weeks or months. setting up that office with a phone system, internet, and other office equipment can take even longer. At co10, you can have an office ready and waiting in as little as a day, and use existing phone lines and internet connections to run your business quickly and smoothly.
We have both offices and workstations available. All workstations have lockable filing cabinets, and other storage. whilst the workstation is yours, you will not be working in isolation. the hive seeks to bring together those interested in working in a dynamic work environment. in addition, we generally have private booths for individuals for those discreet phone conversations,as well as meeting rooms available for hire.
At Co-ten we don’t believe in offering one price, and then making money from over-charging a captive audience for meeting room hire, tea, phone lines and other necessities , which is why almost all of Our customers pay the same promised monthly rate per person every month. The only additional charges are agreed in advance and passed on at cost, for services that we employ on your behalf, such as cleaners, electricity and sundries.
Co-tenancy is a community based shared office space in Sydney, Australia.
